All sales placed from 15th February 2023 will be part of our closing down sale and will be final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Faulty Goods

5.7 Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by The Bright Company.
5.8 Goods are considered faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 90 days of purchase. The Bright Company will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault and will return or refund the product as required. If faulty we will send you a replacement item at no postage cost and reimburse you the postage cost of returning the faulty item to us. Alternatively if you prefer we will refund the original purchase cost including postage.
5.9 Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered to be faulty.
5.10 If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that it can only be replaced for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible The Bright Company will offer to repair faulty items.
If a faulty item has been worn it must be freshly laundered before being returned. All unwashed worn garments will be returned back to the customer.
How To Make a Return
- Please complete the returns form enclosed with all deliveries.
- Repackage your item wherever possible in the original packaging and enclose a copy of your returns form.
- Please post the package back to the address enclosed on the returns form:
- For return packages we recommend you use Royal Mail and that you acquire a PROOF OF POSTAGE receipt and retain this until you receive email confirmation that we are processing your return. (Please note that we do not refund postage on non-faulty items).
5.11 The Bright Company will try to process your return as soon as it arrives, although it can take up to 14 days for us to process a return during busy periods. During these periods it’s not possible to confirm receipt of your package prior to it being processed. Depending on your location, an exchange can take between 2-3 weeks to get back to you.
